Is it necessary to make a table reservation if you have tickets?
Do I have to buy tickets if I have reserved a table?
We recommend that you buy tickets in advance in addition to reserving a table during the show. If the event is fully booked on this day, we cannot guarantee a place otherwise.
What time does the show start?
The Cirque du Burlesque Berlin show starts daily around 7 p.m.
Are there food and drinks available during the show?
Absolutely! During our Burlesque Dinner, your culinary needs will be taken care of throughout the evening.
Is it possible to attend the show without a ticket?
For those who arrive without a table reservation or ticket, we cannot guarantee entry. We recommend making a reservation or purchasing a ticket in advance.
How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Something can always come up. You can easily cancel or change your reservation by sending us an email using the contact form above. We ask for your understanding that cancellations must be made in writing.
Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 40 euros.
How can I cancel or modify my booking?
We are happy to create individual offers for your celebrations, whether private or business (e.g. Christmas parties, company parties, team events or birthdays). Of course, something can always come up or go differently than planned.
We would like to ask you to cancel, postpone or adjust such individual bookings at least one week in advance by e-mail or via the contact form. This also applies if only the number of guests changes.
Otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge the agreed total price. We ask for your understanding, as we have you firmly scheduled and have to cancel other guests.
The following cancellation conditions apply to bookings for companies or groups of 10 persons or more:
- Cancellation 4 weeks before booking: 20 per cent,
- 2 weeks before 50 per cent and
- 100 per cent of the total price from 1 week before.
