Gin Tasting
The Zirkus Bar offers the perfect ambience for the three-hour gin tasting at Lieschen Mueller. At the beginning, the participants learn about the history, origin and ingredients of the popular juniper schnapps. Afterwards, ten different gin varieties and specially developed tonics will be tasted. The recipes for the partly in-house gin compositions are available to mix at home.
The fine art of mixing
Cocktail Course
At the colourful cocktail class at the Zirkus Bar, professional bartenders teach their craft and reveal exclusive recipes. Ten drinks and two shots are prepared in three humid and cheerful hours. Participants taste at least three cocktails and two shots. There are classics such as Sex on the Beach or Tequlia Sunrise as well as exclusive creations from the house. The recipes are available to take away afterwards.
These workshops can be booked for a minimum of one person. With a group booking, our bartender is entirely yours during the gin tasting or cocktail course.

The Lieschen Mueller im Parterre can be rented both as an event location and for film, photo and video productions. The experience restaurant with stage and circus bar, designed with attention to detail, offers a unique setting.
The Cirque du Burlesque ensemble with dancers and live musicians as well as catering and staff can also be booked. On request, we create a suitable event concept for every occasion that leaves nothing to be desired.
