– in pure amazement. This vibrant experience restaurant tells the life story of its namesake – a former performer with the GDR state circus, who once shared the stage with the legendary clown Ferdinand of the old Friedrichstadt-Palast.

At Lieschen Mueller, the feasting never stops. From fitness muesli to hangover breakfasts – starting at 10 AM, early birds and late risers alike will find plenty to love in our colourful breakfast selection. At lunchtime, we serve both light and hearty dishes, and in the afternoon, our in-house patisserie presents fresh cakes and tortes alongside exquisite coffee and tea specialties.
Starting at 5 PM, our generous evening menu features hearty German and Berlin cuisine – including original recipes from the former GDR that remain beloved to this day.
Modern Circus & New Burlesque
The highlight beneath Berlin’s TV Tower is the Cirque du Burlesque Berlin show – best enjoyed with a delicious burlesque dinner experience. Fans of fine drinking culture are warmly invited to take a seat at the Zirkus Bar and enjoy the show from the front row.
Striking signature drinks complete the Lieschen Mueller experience – one that’s truly unique in vibrant, ever-changing Berlin. Tickets for the Burlesque Dinner
You can get your burlesque show tickets online in advance or directly at the venue. Guests are welcome to dine without the show until around 7 PM.

From 12 noon, things get serious at Lieschen Mueller: the kitchen serves up crisp salads and hearty soups for a light bite – all the way to bold Berlin-style classics like Wiener Schnitzel. From 5 PM onwards, dive into hearty German flavors, Berlin-style specialties and nostalgic dishes straight from the GDR era.
Pastry Shop And Ice Cream Café
Our in-house patisserie conjures up homemade delights – from bite-sized indulgences to full-blown cream-filled temptations. Frankfurter Kranz, Mandarin-Schmand-Torte, Apfelkuchen, and Carrot Cake are just a few specialties from our confectionery. Hearty ice cream sundaes – just like in the good old GDR days – provide the perfect sweet refreshment.
